GoLightly provides detailed usage reports on a member-by-member basis each month showing usage, including email activity and visits to forums, groups, libraries, etc. That data can be downloaded whenever the administrator wishes, and can also be written directly to iMIS.

General community statistics are also provided (such as number of members, email messages, groups, library items, etc.) Detailed reports are provided for any bounced emails, permitting the administrator to determine when action is required.

In addition to this built-in reporting, we support Google Analytics for any web page in a GoLightly-powered community.
